The Report
The Rebels deservedly won this local derby thanks to a hat-trick from the ever-reliable Ian Hodges and a spectacular volley from Tony Boot. Even red cards for Josias Carbon and Tony Boot in the second-half could not damped Slough's sprits after the game.

Slough started the brighter of the teams and should have gone ahead when Alex Haddow fired wide from 2 yards out following a Glen Harris free-kick.

Ian Hodges opened the scoring when Windsor 'keeper Chuck Martini attempted to clear the ball and it hit the oncoming Hodges who fired into the empty net.

Tony Boot crossed the ball over to Ian Hodges who headed in at the far post to double Slough's lead four minutes before half-time.

The Rebels went three up when Tony Boot scored a goal of the season contender when he volleyed the ball over Chuck Martini four minutes into the second-half for 3-0.

Dave Carroll reduced Slough's lead via a penalty when Josias Carbon handled the ball off the line to prevent a goal. Josias received a red card for his troubles and Carroll tucked away the penalty.

Ian Hodges made sure of the win with 15 minutes left on the clock. Alex Haddow drilled a left footed shot following a pass from Glen Harris but the ball was only parried by Chuck Martini and Ian Hodges was on hand to bury the rebound for 4-1 and his hat-trick.
