The Report

Slough Town produced their best performance of the season to overcome second placed Eastleigh by four goals to nil. Alex Haddow netted his first hat-trick of the season and Glen Harris added his 11th goal of the season as the Rebels recorded their joint biggest away win of the season.

The Rebels dominated the game from start to finish against a team lying second in the table, who beat us 4-1 at home back in September.

Alex Haddow opened the scoring when he received the ball down the left wing, he ran with it and buried it into the far side of the goal.

His second came when a free-kick deflected off the wall directly to him to slam home.

Glen Harris made sure that the Rebels went into half-time in a comfortable three-nil lead when he rounded the 'keeper and stabbed the ball into the back of the net from close range.

2nd Half

Slough sat back a bit and let Eastleigh have most of the play, whilst never letting them threaten their goal.

Haddow completed his hat-trick on 69 minutes when he yet again found himself in acres of space down the left flank when he received the ball, he proceeded to fire the ball in off the post for his hat-trick and the game.
