Glen is a
skilful midfielder who has become a regular in the Rebels
first team following a successful debut season with the
club. Harris will
probably be best remembered by Rebels fans for scoring the
winning goal in our famous
2-1 win over League One side Walsall in the FA Cup 1st
Round Proper in November 2004, and for an impressive
performance in the
Bryco Cup final later on in the season where we beat
Harris' future club Hampton.
Glen was picked to
represent England's Futsal 5-a-side team and Great Britain's
University squad in the summer of 2005.
Glen left Slough for Hampton in June 2006.
Following an unsuccessful 2 years at the Beveree which
included a short
loan spell at Windsor & Eton, Harris signed for Burnham at the
end of August 2008. He spent a little over a month at The Gore
before returning to his hometown club without having played a
game for the Buckinghamshire side. However, after less than a
month back at Slough, Harris decided to return to Burnham. |
