The Report
Slough comfortably beat a Maidenhead team full of trialists at York Road on Tuesday night.

Slough took the leads midway through the first half when a long throw-in from Andy Ballard was met by the head if Josias Carbon (pictured left) and guided into the net.

Maidenhead equalised soon afterwards when a defensive mix-up involving a Steve Daly (pictured right) backpass allowed a Maidenhead forward to score a soft goal past Michael Parkin.

Ian Hodges restored Slough's lead as he headed into the net following a cross.

2nd half

The Rebels controlled the game from then on. Matt Seedel (pictured left) increased Slough's lead early in the second half, and as Slough continued to pressurise Maidenhead, they couldn't find a fourth goal, with Maidenhead rarely threatening.
