The Report
With Steve Daly out injured, Slough had a new look defence with the return of Jamie Jarvis and Steve Dell back from suspension.

Slough dominated from the off and were unlucky not to take the lead on a number of occasions, with Adam Wallace having at least two shots blocked and Gareth McCleary missing a glorious chance when put through down the right wing, where he was a constant threat all night.

The rebels deservedly took the lead following a Matt Glyn corner, put back across the area by Jamie Jarvis for Ancalatt Odhiambo to head in.

Slough continued to control the game for another ten minutes until Harrow started to play. The rest of the half belonged to Harrow, who were unlucky not to equalise with an Elliot Onochie goal ruled out for offside, another forward lobbing the ball well over the bar with only Kieron Drake to beat and a shot from a forward from a good position that went desperately wide of the goal.

The Rebels came out for the second half with renewed purpose. They picked up where they left off in the first half and quickly retook control of the game.

The Harrow defence failed to clear their lines following a long throw, and this allowed Ancalat Odhiambo to head in at the far post for Slough's 2nd goal.

From then on Slough didn't look back. They never even looked like conceding, whilst the late substitution of taking Wallace off for Daryl Harris proved effective in attack.

This was a definite improvement from Saturday's performance, but one thinks that further improvement is needed to take anything from Saturday's trip to big spending Margate.
