Veteran non-league striker Lee
Charles started his career with Chertsey Town and has played
in the Conference for several clubs including Hayes,
Nuneaton Borough and Aldershot Town. Originally came through
the youth setup at Yeading, with whom he won the FA Vase in
1990, he has also had brief
spells with Cambridge United and Barnet. Charles other clubs include
Worthing, St. Albans City and Weymouth.
He has also
appeared for the England Semi-Pro International side, making
his debut against Italy in March 1999.
Lee Charles has also appeared in
the Premiership and Football League for Queens Park Rangers
(QPR), scoring twice in 28 appearances. He has also scored
38 times in 103 appearances for Hayes, and scored 19 goals
in 51 appearances for Barnet.
